Ubisoft recently released a few new details regarding The Division’s endgame, a question that’s been on the minds of every player riding The Division hype-train. Website Mashable has the details.
It seems Ubisoft’s answer to this, at least in the short term, is Incursions. in which “teams will be able to test their shills as they face seemingly unstoppable enemies to gain high-level weapons and equipment.”
The first Incursion will release in April, with another too soon follow in May. Both Incursions will come by way of free title update, so these won’t be tied to the Season Pass or any paid DLC.
As an added side note, the April update will also introduce something Destiny players have been wanting for a while: loot trading. While the Mashable article notes that this may bring in players looking only to make a quick buck seeling high-end loot for real cash, Ubisoft looks to limit this trading system in some ways. What those limits are and how this will all play out, we’ll just to wait to find out.
Anything I may have missed can be found in the original article, linked above. All that said, I personally can’t wait to get my hands on this game when it releases March 8. I Hope to see you all out there!
